Processing Time

All NuitKit orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page or contacting us at contact@nuitkit.com.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is made automatically to ensure the fastest delivery to your address.

Customs & Duties (US Orders)

NuitKit ships from Canada. US orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Most NuitKit orders arrive without additional charges due to the low declared value.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NuitKit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at contact@nuitkit.com.— we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and building management first. If the package is still missing, contact us at contact@nuitkit.com. within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
