What's in the NuitKit sleep spray?
Distilled water, natural lavender essential oil, chamomile extract, and magnesium chloride. That's it. No synthetic fragrances, no chemicals, no preservatives. Safe for sensitive skin and safe to use on your pillow every night.
Is the sleep mask comfortable to wear all night?
Yes. The 3D contoured design means the mask floats above your eyes — no pressure, no contact with your eyelids. The adjustable strap fits all head sizes and the cooling fabric prevents overheating. Most customers forget they're wearing it.
What sizes do the earplugs come in?
All NuitKit kits include small, medium, and large silicone earplugs. We recommend trying all three sizes on the first night to find your best fit. The earplugs are reusable and washable — rinse with warm water and air dry.
Which kit should I choose?
The Essential Kit ($89) is our most popular and includes everything you need for the complete ritual. Choose the Starter ($59) if you travel light and want to try it first. Choose the Pro ($129) if you want the full system including a white noise machine.

How fast will I receive my kit?
We ship from Canada within 24 hours of your order. Delivery takes 3–5 business days in Canada and 5–8 business days in the US. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes. We ship across Canada and to all US states. Free shipping applies to US orders over $100 USD.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time.
Refunds & guarantee
What is the 30-night guarantee exactly?
Follow the 7-night ritual every night for 7 consecutive nights. If you don't sleep better after completing it, email us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@nuitkit.com and we'll refund you in full. No return needed. No questions asked.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days at contact@nuitkit.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Subscriptions
How does the spray refill subscription work?
You can add a monthly spray refill to any order for $14/month. A new bottle ships automatically each month. Cancel anytime by emailing contact@nuitkit.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date — no fees, no commitments.
When does my refill ship?
Your refill ships on the same date each month as your original subscription start date. You'll receive an email confirmation 3 days before each shipment.
